the hotel's location near public transportation hubs was acceptable.
The room i received was not up to par. wallpaper showed damage and markings. The bathroom needed thorough re-grouting. i requested an upgrade and was willing to pay, but the hotel was fully booked (this was quite inconvenient).

Charming Stay Near the Station!

I found the location quite convenient, close to the main train station. It made travel easy. Plenty of restaurants and shops were nearby. The staff were very kind. They upgraded my room upon hearing my concerns about the initial room. The team listened attentively and acted promptly, I appreciated that a lot.
The street outside was a bit noisy at night. I heard some sounds, though it did not bother me too much.

Breakfast included a good selection of food. There were options, from continental fare to cereals and pastries. I also noticed bacon and eggs were offered. The staff kept the buffet well-stocked, so it was always appealing.

The front desk staff were friendly. I saw them assisting guests with directions and travel arrangements. They efficiently handled check-in and check-out processes. I noticed that they were particularly helpful with luggage storage too.

The room had tea and coffee facilities. A kettle was provided, which I found quite useful. Sky TV was available, there were clean towels daily and the shower had good pressure, so I was pleased.
